Skip Hire

We provide skips for household and commercial use, also one-offs or skips that are permanently assigned to your company and emptied upon request. Oakley operate both 7.5 ton and 17.5 ton chain lift vehicles so we can supply and service skips from 2 cubic yards up to 16 cubic yards. We can collect anything up to 8 tons per load. Skips for asbestos are available upon request.

If you require your skip to be placed on the road or a grass verge, Oakley can apply to your local council for a permit and will complete all relevant paperwork involved for this. Whereas Oakley will not charge for this service, any costs incurred from the local council will be passed on to the hirer. Please contact us to find out local council charges for road permits.

Skips are hired out for one week. Once your skip has been filled, telephone the office to arrange collection. We will not remove your skip until requested to do so, if the hire period is not exceeded.
